Verifying the identity and legitimacy of corporate entities is a critical part of preventing financial crimes such as money laundering and fraud. As a regulated financial services firm, Emc Securities Pty Ltd is required to verify the identity and structure of all new corporate account holders.

You will be required to upload corporate documentation, including proof of company registration, a recent proof of business address, and identification documents for all beneficial owners, directors, and authorized signatories.

      Proof Of Address

      In accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, all clients must provide a clear and current proof of residential address. The document must be issued within the last three months and show your full name and residential address as registered on your account.

      Upload One Of The Following:

      • Utility bill (gas, electricity, water, internet, or landline).
      • Bank or credit card statement.
      • Mortgage or tenancy statement.
      • Insurance certificate (home, motor, travel, or health).
      • Government-issued correspondence or official tax letter.

      Documents must be full-page, colour scans or photos with no cropping, glare, or obstructions.

        Your agreement with Emc Securities Pty Ltd (‘Emc Securities Pty Ltd ’) consists of the following terms set out for an advisory account. For the following terms, we have included ‘You’, ‘Your’, and ‘Client’, which refers to the ‘Individual’, ‘Person(s)’, or ‘Entity’ who is the registered owner of the account. The following terms, which include ‘Emc Securities Pty Ltd ’ will refer to the company.

        AMENDMENTS OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

        Emc Securities Pty Ltd is entitled to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice if the amendments are not materially adverse to the Client. Amendments of these Terms that are materially adverse to the Client may occur at any time by Emc Securities Pty Ltd providing thirty days' notice.

        WARRANTIES, INDEMNITIES & DEFAULT

        The Client warrants and represents that: The Client has full power to enter into and perform its obligations under these Terms. The Client is willing and able, financially and otherwise, to assume the risk of making speculative investments. It complies with all laws to which it is subject, including, without limitation, all tax laws and regulations, exchange control requirements, sanctions, and registration requirements; the information provided by Emc Securities Pty Ltd is complete, accurate, and not misleading in any material respect.

        The Client authorises Emc Securities Pty Ltd to buy, sell, apply, set off and/or charge in any manner any or all of the collateral in order to discharge any or all of the Client's obligations owed to Emc Securities Pty Ltd .

        If the Client is in breach of these Terms, including, but not limited to, (i) if the Client fails to make any payment or fails to do any other act required under these Terms, if the Client fails to remit funds necessary to enable Emc Securities Pty Ltd to take delivery of any trade(s) on the first due date; if any representations or warranties given by the Client are, or become, untrue or misleading; Emc Securities Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any failure, hindrance or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure, hindrance or delay is, directly or indirectly, Emc Securities Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any losses due to any Force Majeure Event.

        RESPONSIBILITY

        The Client shall be responsible for all orders and instructions provided, the accuracy of all information in the Client's name, and any other personal identification means implemented to identify the Client.

        The Client authorises Emc Securities Pty Ltd on behalf of the Client, take any or all of the actions required to enforce and/or preserve Emc Securities Pty Ltd's rights, without notice to the Client, and the Client acknowledges that Emc Securities Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any losses or consequences associated with Emc Securities Pty Ltd taking any such action unless Emc Securities Pty Ltd has exercised negligence and materially breached these Terms.

        RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

        Any investments include risks, and the Client has received no assurance otherwise and no guarantees of profit or similar representations from unless specifically stated in the investment agreement.

        ADVISORY SERVICE

        Emc Securities Pty Ltd provides advisory services to the Client unless otherwise agreed. Emc Securities Pty Ltd accepts no obligation to provide information or recommendations regarding any financial product or Service.

        When Emc Securities Pty Ltd includes advice, information, or recommendations to the Client, Emc Securities Pty Ltd makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for, the profitability, accuracy or completeness of such advice, information or recommendations.

        Emc Securities Pty Ltd does not provide any advice to the Client on any tax-related matters. Emc Securities Pty Ltd encourages the Client to obtain independent advice from its auditor and/or legal counsel concerning tax implications of the respective Services.

        The Client acknowledges, recognises, and accepts that: Any recommendation and any information communicated by Emc Securities Pty Ltd does not constitute an offer to enter into a trade(s) or an offer to buy or sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any Instrument.

        Such recommendation and information, although based upon information from sources believed by Emc Securities Pty Ltd to be reliable, may be based solely on a broker's opinion. Any information communicated may be incomplete and may be unverified and/or unverifiable.

        TERMINATION

        The Client relationship shall remain in force until terminated. The Client is entitled to terminate the relationship with Emc Securities Pty Ltd immediately by giving written notice. Emc Securities Pty Ltd is entitled to terminate the relationship with the Client by providing a minimum of one month's notice on a durable medium.

        ACCOUNT AUTHORISATION

        By signing below you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that your agreement signifies and establishes your relationship with Emc Securities Pty Ltd.
